Stay playful
The designers Hvass & Hannibal do fun, mischievous and anarchist projects. A common thread through the production is generosity, empathy and sometimes the almost childish. The exotic landscapes they experienced as children are revealed in their work as adults. The pillow-collection for Hjelle is a result created from this universe. The fabric is woven in fine wool quality at Innvik/Kvadrat and Kristina Aas.
The love of colors
“There are certain things we are very interested in and keep coming back to, such as surreal landscapes and folklore, a craft-based approach and of course our love of colors. It happens quite unconsciously. This is really reflected in the pillow-collection with Hjelle” This collection is the first cooperation between Hvass&Hannibal and Hjelle.
