A Workplace Designed for the Future
In Jåttåvågen, just south of Stavanger, Aker BP and Aker Solutions have brought together 4,000 employees in one of Norway’s most ambitious office developments. Gnist comprises two buildings with a total area of 70,000 square metres, designed with high ambitions for flexibility, sustainability and quality.
The interior concept, created by Zinc, draws inspiration from the meeting of land and sea. Natural materials, carefully balanced contrasts and a warm colour palette create an environment that supports focused work, collaboration and informal interaction throughout the day. Senab Eikeland was responsible for furnishing the entire project.
Gnist has achieved both BREEAM-NOR Excellent and WELL Gold certification, setting a benchmark for sustainable workplaces built to last.
